Politservation

A Political Observation
We were afraid when Ronald Reagan, the actor, went to Washington. We were afraid it was all for show.

In this campaign, in this season, of this cultural soup: shallow, vain, and dishonest to a fault, feigned as acting demands, the political arena has truly "gone Hollywood." Guaranteed this time... alot of acting is going on.

I'm not impressed. There are times when charisma is dangerous. Through progress and change we've television indoctrinated the present generation to see life as a staged reality TV show.

Forget the facts, the experience, the credit checks, forget a reasonable future. You've heard it on the evening news, (staged) in a season of financial deficit, it's all about; WOW! Who's spending the most for the biggest campaign "show." Record breaking commercials, internet campaigns, and the smooth comforting pseudo-reality entertainment, of home, family, and a rosey bright tomorrow.

I'm voting for Joe The Plumber. He's got more experience. You?
